ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Under the terms of the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and the Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA) of Laurion Alternative Deposits SLP, Laurion AM, the General Partner of Laurion Alternative Deposits SLP, hereby makes public that:

Following the approval by the Board of Directors of Laurion AM in a meeting held this month, Laurion Alternative Deposits SLP will distribute the respective fixed dividend agreed with each Limited Partner in its Subscription Agreement on the 31st of December pf 2024.

The dividends paid to the Limited Partners are exempt from withholding taxes since the company is a Special Limited Partnership and, for that, it is tax transparent.
